Performance Property Maintenance has been providing gardening & Maintenance services to Body Corporates, Residential buildings & commercial sites in Tweed Heads and the Gold Coast for over 12 years. 

 

Local owner's Chris & Lisa have experience working within building management for over 15 years and took over the business in November 2023.  Chris' background working as a telecommunication rigger, involved building & maintaining mobile phone towers across Australia which saw him eventually moving into project management and had him missing working locally & hands-on work.  Lisa has been an on-site Building Manager & Property Manager for the last 15 years and understands Body Corporate, Building Management & Property Management systems & processes. 

 

Together they are enjoying working locally, within residential buildings & complexes and offer a range of services from small building management to gardening, lawnmowing, bin services, communal area cleaning and more.
